Two Classes this Saturday!

A biodiverse garden is a healthy and beautiful garden!
Come out to the Market Saturday the 21st to learn what veggies, flowers and herbs grow well together. At 10:30 we'll be talking about the art of companion planting. Certain plant combinations can increase the vigor of your garden by helping with pest control, pollination and allow you to plant a lot more in a small space.

Then, at 11:30 am, celebrate health and wellness for the new year with  Dr. Dave and the Wilco Wellness Cafe.  Dr Dave will be talking about the health benefits of juicing and will have a live on site demonstration of  2 different juicers.  A few select participants will be able to test drive the juicers. Please provide your own items to juice if you want to make your own juice. We have farm fresh juicable items available for purchase in the Market including carrots, kale, chard, oranges, grapefruit & beets! Golden beet and orange juice anyone? Yum!
